As new parents without any family close by, the support and knowledge that Sydney provided throughout our month with her were invaluable. Our 6 month old made so much progress and our home is now much more well-rested. Sydney made herself available by phone, email, and video call whenever we needed her. She was incredibly knowledgeable and yet allowed us to lead the way with what we felt fit for our family and our baby. Her sleep plan was thorough and she pivoted with us as needed. Sydney was an incredible resource during our time with her. We did the month plan to help our 5month old asleep independently. He was sleeping only being held. After 28 days he went to sleep quickly and independently. Our son never caught on to a consistent schedule, but Sydney was there each step of the way guiding us on when to put our son down to sleep and how many naps we needed to fit in.

Sydney's approach is more hands-on than other consultants. She uses a real-time sleep log to guide you instead of pre-made schedules and handouts. The real-time communication helped us make adjustments accordingly and acknowledge that babies will be babies and act on their on accord. Not all babies fit into the same sleep schedule.

My daughter, 8.5 months at the time, was waking every hour to hour and a half, and within days of starting the program was sleeping through most of the night! I can now lay her down awake with the tools and schedule Sydney designed for us and i can walk out of the room and the baby is asleep in about 15 minutes.

Fast forward a month later we are getting solid naps and night time sleep. Baby sleeps 12 hours a night, with one (rarely) night waking, we are consistently sleeping through the night!!!! Wish i would have found this program sooner!!!

My son wouldn't sleep in his crib except between midnight-5am. at 5 months old, we called Sydney and she helped us with a sleep training plan. It was a tough first night, but then it got less difficult and after a few nights he only cried for a few minutes if at all. We still did one night feeding. My son gave up his night feeding at 10 months and has slept through the night almost every single night since (he's 18 months now). And he's a great napper!

Sydney was great! Sydney is a true professional! I have used her services for both my 3 year old and my 4 month old. In both cases, she has exceeded my expectations! My 3 year old daughter sleeps 12 hours straight at night. Often times, in the evening, my daughter is telling me when she is ready for bed, definitely never fighting it. And if she wakes up in the night, she will put herself back to sleep!

I think it is because Sydney has taught me how to create a bedtime environment that is conducive to sleep. She also coached me through: when and how to transition out of the crib, which was instrumental to my daughters sleep development! She has given me tips and tricks when we travel to help my daughter get the best sleep too, and they work!!

I scheduled a sleep consultation early on with Sydney for my now 4.5 month old. She basically walked me through a plan from 6 weeks of age to 4 months of things I should be doing to prep my newborn for good sleep. I made changes the same day I talked with Sydney and I saw immediate improvements in my newborns sleep. I trust Sydney’s advice completely and I’m looking forward to now working with her to transition my soon to be 5 month old to a more independent sleep cycle after seeing the cues that she is now ready!

My oldest child is 6.5 years old. I didn’t have Sydney’s help with him and unfortunately he is quite difficult to put to bed and often he wakes up in the night. I only wish I had Sydney sooner for him :-)

At any rate, I highly recommend Sydney! Good sleep habits are one of the greatest gifts we can give our children, for their health and overall well-being. It’s worth the time and investment!!

Sydney has been an incredible help with managing our daughter's sleep routine. For our older son we implemented one of most popular online sleep courses, but for our daughter none the program's steps seemed to work, nor any of the rehearsed answers that they gave us on the phone consultations. My wife found Sydney, and from the get go she was able to identify some issues with what we were doing, and give us tips to get our daughter to sleep better both at night and for her naps. Sydney was always communicative and quick to reply, and truly listened to our concerns. Her more personal approach is much better than what you get with the popular courses that treat children like they're all the same.

Working with Water Lily Sleep was one of the best decisions we’ve made in parenting in the past year and a half since our son was born! We had taken other online courses and followed tips from sleep consultants on Instagram, but none of it was working. Sydney was very knowledgeable, providing the structure and answers we needed to create our sleep plan and habits. And throughout the three weeks we worked with her, she was incredibly responsive and supportive: daily emails to touch base on schedule, phone calls to troubleshoot when naps weren’t falling into place, and lots of encouragement. She even consulted with colleagues on our situation! Ultimately, our one-year-old went from waking multiple times a night for up to 2-3 hours at a time, and only wanting to sleep with mom rocking him, to sleeping through the night in two days. And with lots of support from Sydney, he’s the best little napper too! He started daycare shortly after we stopped working with Sydney, and he even napped there on his first day! He is sleeping wonderfully from 6:45pm-6:30am, and sometimes sleeps in! And his naps are about 1.5-2 hours at 12:45 every day. The schedule has worked wonders for our home and family! Best advice ever! We did one of the most popular sleep training courses with both our kids. Had even a couple of consult calls to discuss issues. Nothing worked.
