Prior to working with Sydney I was climbing in and out of my daughter’s crib 3 or more times a night just so I could get some sleep. 😭😭 Day 13 she goes to bed like a champ, sleeps 12 hours straight and takes two naps a day. To say Sydney was a life saver to two very sleep deprived parents is an understatement! Sydney is a lifesaver! My two kids, a 5 year old boy and a 2.5 year old girl, sleep like champs now! I have been incredibly lucky to work closely with Sydney! She makes the task of sleep training feel super simple. Not only was Sydney critical in helping my kids to sleep soundly through the night, she also customized sleep plans for each of their sleep needs! My daughter routinely takes a 1.5-hour midday nap and sleeps eleven hours through the night. My 5 year old now habitually sleeps in his own bed until the morning (7pm to 6:30am). Hooray! My son wouldn't sleep in his crib except between midnight-5am. at 5 months old, we called Sydney and she helped us with a sleep training plan. it was a tough first night, but then it got less difficult and after a few nights he only cried for a few minutes if at all. We still did one night feeding. My son gave up his night feeding at 10 months and has slept through the night almost every single night since (he's 18 months now). And he's a great napper!
